Join Allied Universal at a front desk location within a chemical and petrochemical environment, where you will help manage access, greet visitors, support badge and alarm processes, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. ** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor reception duties, badge access support, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

+ Monitor the front desk area, greet employees, contractors, and visitors, verify identification and access permissions, and help to document arrivals, departures, and deliveries.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when needed.

+ Complete front desk logs, incident reports, and other required documentation, and communicate clearly with site contacts regarding unusual activity, access concerns, and/or policy questions.

+ Support a professional lobby presence within an industrial location by helping to control entry points, directing guests to designated areas, and following established screening and reporting procedures.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
