Security​/Flex Officer

POSITION SUMMARY for Security/Utility Officer:

• Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call‑offs, no shows, suspensions, holidays, etc.
• Assist in start‑ups at new accounts to include: working the site, training new officers
• Work special security assignments as required.
• Expect to work on weekends and holidays with limited notice, and work during “high need” periods.

Ideal candidates meeting the basic requirements for this position must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be able to work flexible schedules
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or 10 years of verifiable work experience
• Be able to pass an extensive background check including criminal history, employment verification and references, registered sex‑offender search, and drivers license validation
• Be drug free and able to pass a drug screen (unless undergoing documented medical treatment)
• Have access to reliable transportation to and from the work location
• Be able to communicate effectively both written and orally for the purpose of report writing and interacting with the public and emergency personnel
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to meet state licensing requirements for Security Officers, if required

Starting pay rate is $15.50 an hour with a $300 hiring bonus after 90 days full time.
