Security Officer - Front Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities;
Serve as a professional front-desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying identification and appointment information, and directing individuals according to site access protocols;
Monitor visitor access, maintain accurate visitor logs, issue and collect access credentials as directed, and report irregularities to appropriate personnel;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and communication procedures;
Observe activity in the lobby and entry areas, help to deter unauthorized access, and communicate security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management
