HVAC Service Technician

Darnold Mechanical - A Fidelity Company provides a full line of expert HVAC/Mechanical products and services. We are hiring for HVAC Service Technicians in Charleston, WV.

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including rooftop units, mini splits, VRFs, boilers, chillers, and large tonnage split systems
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Accurately complete service tickets and communicate findings to the office and customer.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and safety regulations.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for emergency service calls (as applicable).

• Commercial HVAC service experience preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Strong understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
