Assist the lead flooring installer or crew on job sites with the installation of carpet, vinyl, tile, laminate, LVP, and hardwood flooring. Assist with moving furniture, demolition, and cleanup in customer homes.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be willing to submit to a background check
• Must be able to submit proof of employment eligibility
• Must have reliable transportation

• Comfortable with using technology and mobile devices
• Ability to work independently
• Self-starter and team player
• History of punctuality and good attendance
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Results-driven and goal-oriented attitude
• Conscientious about producing the highest quality of work
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Constant body movement up to 8 hours
• Lifting up to 75 lbs daily
