United Talent is immediately hiring a Service Technician for a local Charleston, WV handyman company.

• Perform residential and commercial repairs, maintenance, and remodeling projects.
• Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, and minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Diagnose maintenance issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Install doors, windows, cabinets, fixtures, trim, and other building components.
• Repair fences, decks, siding, and other exterior structures.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding project timelines, recommendations, and completed work.
• Maintain accurate job documentation, including materials used and services performed.
• Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow all company policies and OSHA safety regulations.

• 5+ years of paid experience and skills across a broad spectrum of home maintenance/repair and remodeling skill categories. Must have basic hand tools.
• Excellent customer communication skills required
• You must pass a background and MVR check
• Must take pride in work and delivers a great product each time
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Hours will be Mon-Fri from 8am to 5pm, some overtime as needed and pay will start at $15 per hour but is based on experience.

• A company van for work will be provided, and company will cover all work related expenses (gas, uniforms, etc.).
• Paid Holidays and Vacations.
• Referral Bonus ($40 for 40, $100 for 100), possible retention bonuses, possible annual bonuses.
• Medical (after 60 days on assignment).
• Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay card.
