Building Maintenance, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
A local government department is seeking a full-time maintenance workers.
Rental property maintenance workers provide a pleasant living environment by ensuring that rental units are painted and all appliances are in excellent working order.
Responsibilities:As a repair technician, you will be working indoors cleaning, removing/replacing flooring, painting, and performing basic plumbing and electrical repairs. Bending, stooping, scrubbing, lifting, sanding, painting, and driving an automobile are also required.
Qualifications:- Valid WV Drivers License
- Reliable transportation
- Should possess basic hand tools
- Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds.
- Commercial painting experience is preferred
Evaluation-hire position
Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with potential for overtime. Pay rate is $16.00/hour.
