Covenant Transport is seeking CDL-A team drivers in the United States. Home time is weekly or every other week depending on domicile, with robust teaming opportunities and industry-leading benefits.
You can earn up to $0.74 per mile, with a guaranteed minimum of $0.52, and weekly average earnings of $1,300–$1,850. A true team sign-on bonus of $8,000 ($4,000 per driver) applies if teams have worked together 90 days. Covenant treats drivers as people, not numbers.
