We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment and take ownership of day-to-day AP activity.

• Process component and indirect invoices accurately and efficiently
• Match invoices against electronic purchase orders
• Support transactions across multiple currencies
• Research and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Help ensure AP records and payments remain accurate and on schedule

• Accounts payable or related accounting experience
• Experience working with purchase orders and invoice matching
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload and multiple priorities
• Manufacturing AP experience is a plus
