The New Washington State Bank is looking for a talented Customer Care Center Representative to add to our retail team. This position will service the financial needs of our customers via telephone, email, online chat, and mail. This position will also perform various maintenance to customer and account information.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide a variety of financial services such as account transfers, stop payment requests, check orders, statement requests, etc.
  • Identify the financial needs of our customers and timely resolve issues/concerns.
  • Ensure quick and proper responses to all reasonable customer requests.
  • Perform Maintenance to update customer and account information.
  • Perform research tasks as needed.
  • Perform daily responsibilities to maintain the efficient operations of the branch.
  • Follow all company policies and practices.

  • Excellent customer service skills as this position will be a representative of the bank to customers, prospects, and the community as a whole.
  • Ability to communicate with customers, internal employees and vendors on a daily basis through face-to-face, telephone, written and email interactions.
  • Organized with a sense of strong time management and the ability to manage multiple task/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, interacting well, and in a positive manner, with coworkers and management.
  • Understand and maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding all aspects of The New Washington State Bank.
  • Ability to take initiative and utilize sound judgment in decision-making and diplomacy and tact in problem resolution weighing customer satisfaction issues with Bank exposure to loss or fraud.

Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 1 year of banking experience
