Retail Sales Associate – Part Time

Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assisting with product selection, providing expert advice, and maintaining well-stocked inventory to enhance the shopping experience.

• Customer Assistance & Communication:
  Engage with customers, offer trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions in both English and Spanish.
• Teamwork & Leadership:
  Collaborate with team members and support store operations to create a motivated environment.
• Sales & Performance:
  Recommend products, promote services, and contribute to sales goals.
• Inventory & Store Operations:
  Restock, organize, follow POS procedures, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Process & Safety:
  Follow structured workflows, adhere to safety policies, and use PPE for a safe workplace.
• Product Knowledge & Diagnostics:
  Maintain knowledge of automotive parts and tools, and use diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and suggest solutions.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift and load merchandise.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, and weekends.
• Preferred automotive knowledge, retail experience, and ASE Certification.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
