Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, following location policies, and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points, as work environments and conditions may vary by site.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access, policy violations, and/or disruptions within a technology, media, and telecommunications location.;
Observe and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or security-related issues, and assist with directing visitors, employees, and vendors according to site procedures.
