What You'll Be Doing- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, and automated equipment used in plant operations.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Install, test, and commission electrical equipment and system upgrades in support of production goals.
- Diagnose electrical and control system issues using technical drawings, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve safety, efficiency, and equipment performance.
- Demonstrated capability in industrial electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy equipment and plant systems.
- Knowledge of electrical controls, motors, PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation, and related industrial technologies.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams.
- Commitment to safe work practices, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- $43 to $45 per hour
