2nd Shift Material Handler

 A Material Handler performs manual and clerical duties related to shipping,
 receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing and delivering a variety of materials,
 equipment and supplies.

Shift: 3:30PM - 12:00AM, Monday-Friday

 Pay Rate: $16.60 plus 10% shift differential=18.26

 Duties and Responsibilities

* Executes foundational tasks within a warehouse environment including but not
    limited to: packaging, unpackaging, put away, sorting, staging, picking,
    shipping and preparing units for production.
  
* Cut open boxed inventory in the storage area or on the rack.
  
* Place open boxes on the appropriate shelf of the flow rack.
  
* Walk the length of the flow rack.
  
* Wrap cords neatly and securely, ensuring they are tangle-free.
  
* Assist with labeling, tagging, or color-coding wrapped cords as needed for
    easy identification.
  
* Consistently meet or surpass daily production and quality goals.
  
* Complete required paperwork, forms, or digital records accurately and
    promptly for documentation purposes.
  
* Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
  
* Responsible for following warehouse safety regulations.
  
* All other duties assigned, based on the business the warehouse supports.

 Preferred Skills and Experience

* Previous experience working in a high-volume distribution, manufacturing,
    technical service (i.e. testing and repair) or forward logistics operation a
    plus.
  
* Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to
    higher-level staff.
  
* Clerical skills.
  
* Time-management skills.
  
* Written and verbal communication skills.

 Educational Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

 Physical Demands and Working Conditions

* Warehouse environment.
  
* Stand dynamically for long periods.
  
* Use hands and fingers to handle and/or feel; the ability to type, pick, pinch
    with fingers, seize, hold, grasp or turn with hands.
  
* Lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
  
* Push and/or pull up to fifty (50) pounds.
  
* Reach up and out with hands and arms
  
* Occasionally required to climb stairs or ladders.
