Join a dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate, where you will play a fundamental role in various areas including receiving/unloading, scanning/inventory, packaging/shipping, and order picking (

Responsibilities

• Unloading trailers using manual pallet jacks or carts.
• Classifying incoming equipment such as modems, routers, and cable set-top boxes.
• Scanning barcodes using portable radio frequency (RF) scanners.
• Ensuring the accurate recording of product serial numbers.
• Packaging tested products into boxes with appropriate materials and labeling the packages for shipment.
• Using iPads to determine the locations and quantities of items to be picked.
• Using RF scanners for precise order preparation.
• Following work instructions and meeting production goals.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations.
• Adhering to safety standards and company policies.

Work Environment

The warehouse features climate control, cleanliness, and organization, providing a positive work environment. Employees are required to stand throughout the day as there are no seated positions available. Due to a strict safety policy, personal cell phones are not allowed during work hours, and employees must comply with the "No Beep" policy to avoid triggering metal detectors.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Charlestown, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.36 - $18.81/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
