Machine Operator
$17.00/ hr.
Express Employment is hiring Machine Operators to join our team. This position is responsible for operating production machines, assembling products, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Qualifications
* 1–3 years of machine operating or assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
* Basic mechanical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to follow work instructions
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor production machines
* Assemble products and components according to instructions
* Inspect finished products for quality
* Make minor machine adjustments as needed
* Keep the work area clean and organized
* Follow all safety procedures and company policies
* Work with team members to meet daily production goals
Preferred:
* Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or production environment
* Familiarity with GMP or other quality standards is a plus
