Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Charlotte that are seeking Six Sigma Black Belts. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects from inception to completion, delivering significant cost savings and process improvements.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and project management.
• Utilize advanced statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques to identify root causes of manufacturing defects and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality, to implement sustainable process changes.
• Develop and deliver training programs on Six Sigma principles and tools to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) with demonstrated project leadership.
• Minimum 5 years experience applying Black Belt methodologies in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams on complex improvement projects.
• Expertise in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for process optimization.
• Track record of achieving significant, measurable financial savings through Six Sigma projects.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML integration in process improvement.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop Green Belts and other team members.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at various levels.
• Certification in Lean or other continuous improvement methodologies in addition to Six Sigma.
