Essential Skills &

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan School Psychologist certification required
• Experience supporting K-12 student populations
• Strong knowledge of the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS)
• Proficient in conducting psycho educational evaluations and interpreting assessment data
• Effective communicator for participating in IEP meetings and team consultations
• Ability to adapt to a flexible, itinerant schedule across multiple schools
• Commitment to ethical practices and continuous professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support MTSS alongside school teams
• Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and assist in developing intervention plans
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering expert guidance and recommendations
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to enhance supportive learning environments
• Travel among assigned schools within the area to best serve diverse student needs
