Salary Range: $69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
- Design, procure, and validate tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production issues, minimizing downtime.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve yields, and enhance product quality.
- Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing, ensuring smooth transition from design to production.
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and BOMs.
- Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability of new products and design changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on process optimization, lean manufacturing, or automation.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD) and experience with various manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a proven ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency in advanced CAD/CAM software (e.g., Solid Works, Mastercam)
- Experience with robotics, automation, or PLC programming
- Familiarity with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
