Salary Range: $69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing tooling, jigs, fixtures, and molds.
- Analyze tooling performance, identify root causes of failures, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of tooling, including procurement, maintenance, repair, and replacement.
- Collaborate with production, design, and quality teams to ensure tooling meets product specifications and production requirements.
- Troubleshoot tooling-related issues on the production floor to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
- Ensure all tooling complies with safety standards, quality specifications, and industry regulations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for tooling designs, specifications, and maintenance procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in tooling design, manufacturing, or maintenance.
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD, Creo) for tooling design.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling materials, heat treatment, and GD&T.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot tooling issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Experience with advanced simulation software (e.g., FEA, mold flow analysis)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency in CAM software and CNC machining principles
- Experience with additive manufacturing (3D printing) for tooling applications
