Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Operators to join our growing automotive manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling automotive components while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions and specifications
- Operate basic hand tools and production equipment
- Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Meet production goals and maintain efficiency standards
- Keep work area clean and organized (5S)
- Report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisor
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus (not required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Standing, bending, and using hands for repetitive tasks throughout shift
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime as required
