Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist; CRNA

• Level IV Trauma Center

• 20 surgical cases per day (including endoscopy)

• 13,000 annual patient volume

• 2 ORs + 1 Endoscopy Suite

• Patient population:
  Pediatrics through Geriatrics

This role requires an experienced CRNA who is comfortable practicing independently while collaborating within a team-based environment.

• Board Certified CRNA

• BLS, ACLS, PALS

• Active Michigan License

• Self-Query NPDB (within 30 days at time of presentation)

• COVID Vaccination

• Must be experienced and confident working independently

• Epic training required (waiver available for experienced users)

• Orientation is paid and required prior to start

• Within 30 days of start:
  Physical and 5-panel drug screen
