Fully staffed OR No of ORs: 2; 1 Endo Suite Trauma Level: IV Care Model:
Medical Supervision - but must still be comfortable working independently EMR:
Epic Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements:
Active MI License BC BLS, ACLS, PALS COVID Vaccine Local (highly preferred)
