Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Supervise and train a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality defects.
- Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Manage documentation control for quality records and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
