• Valid School Social Worker Certification in Michigan is required
• Active Social Worker license in Michigan
• Experience working within a school setting, preferably at the high school level
• Strong knowledge of PBIS and MTSS frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to deliver both direct and consultative social work services
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills
• Commitment to confidentiality, student advocacy, and equity
