We seek a Full‑Time Controller with experience in construction or subcontracting trades. The successful candidate is knowledgeable and well‑versed in all aspects of accounting and business management for construction companies with gross receipts under $10,000,000.

• Advanced bookkeeping & job costing
• Customized Quick Books Online reports
• Preparation and internal review of financial statements
• Assisting with banking/finance documents
• Work comp audits & 1099 prep
• Preparation of cash flow projections and debt schedules
• Oversight of Accounts Payable

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a controller or similar managerial accounting position
• Highly proficient in Quick Books Online for multiple entities
• Analysis of financial statements & advanced journal entries
• Ability to switch between accrual basis and cash basis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Teams
