Accounting Manager

Our client is seeking a strategic, results-driven Accounting Supervisor. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape processes, mentor the team, and ensure accurate, timely reporting for key stakeholders.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of senior and staff accountants, fostering growth and accountability.
• Own full-cycle accounting for complex entities, including consolidations and intercompany transactions.
• Oversee financial reporting — monthly, quarterly, and annual statements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage critical processes
  : bank reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and key transaction recording (sales, acquisitions, refinancing).
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls while supporting audits, tax filings, and due diligence.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred but not required).
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Proven leadership ability — skilled at managing, mentoring, and motivating teams in a fast-paced environment.
