LHH is assisting a client in Charlotte, NC with their need for a direct hire Staff Accountant. This is a hybrid position offering excellent opportunity for growth and a great company culture! Bachelors in Accounting required. Please read on for more details.
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily AR transactions including AR aging analysis.
- Perform reconciliations, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors or customers to address inquiries and issues related to billing and payments.
- Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in Accounting required
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with accounting software and strong Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work onsite fully during training, followed by more hybrid flexibility.
