Tiello is partnered with an established Restoration company in their search for a Senior Accountant for their Charlotte, NC location

As a Senior Accountant, you will serve as the lead accounting professional for a growing portfolio of 4+ entities, including multiple franchising organizations. This role owns the end-to-end accounting function, managing multi-entity month-end close, cash management, AP/AR oversight, royalty administration, reconciliations, compliance, and financial reporting. The position works closely with ownership, operations, and cross-functional leaders to ensure financial accuracy, strong controls, and scalable accounting processes in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead full‑cycle accounting across multiple entities and manage month‑end close and reconciliations
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements, cash flow reporting, and variance/KPI analysis
- Oversee cash positioning, forecasting, and recurring payment obligations
- Manage AP/AR processes, vendor compliance, and franchise royalty billing and collections
- Maintain audit‑ready documentation and coordinate with external CPAs on tax and compliance matters
- Optimize accounting systems, document processes, and support onboarding of new entities
- 7–10+ years of progressive accounting or bookkeeping experience with multi‑entity ownership
- Strong GAAP knowledge and experience with reconciliations and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Quick Books Online, , and Excel
- Franchising, restoration, or job‑cost accounting experience preferred
