We are partnering with a rapidly growing, multi-location organization seeking a Real Estate & Capital Expenditures Accounting Analyst to support construction accounting, lease administration, and capital spend tracking across a national footprint.

This role reports into senior finance leadership and offers strong exposure to Real Estate, Development, and Treasury operations.

• Track construction invoices and project spend using Smartsheet

• Code and process invoices through Avid Xchange or similar invoice systems

• Support Construction in Progress (CIP) reporting and capitalization of fixed assets

• Assist with new store financial setup including banking, utilities, and licensing

• Maintain lease data integrity in a lease accounting system

• Support property tax tracking across multiple states

• 2 4+ years of accounting experience

• Public accounting or strong GAAP foundation preferred

• Exposure to real estate accounting, construction accounting, or multi-location environments

• Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail

• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a high-growth setting
