Senior Staff Accountant

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join their growing accounting team. This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who has a strong foundation in public accounting or tax and is looking for a long‑term growth path. This position will be hands‑on and involved in journal entries, month‑end close, and tax‑related accounting work, while gaining exposure to leadership responsibilities and cross‑functional finance initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance related fields
• 2+ years of experience in:
  Public accounting OR Tax-focused accounting role
• Strong understanding of:
  Journal entries, General ledger accounting, Month‑end close processes, and Tax experience
• Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel - CPA or CPA‑track (preferred)
• Healthcare industry experience
• Experience with Power BI or advanced financial reporting tools
• Experience with account reconciliation
