LHH is assisting a client with their need for an Accounting Administrator
. This is a direct hire opportunity. This company offers some hybrid flexibility after training as well as very competitive benefits and PTO. Please read on for more details!
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Prepare, post, and reconcile customer invoices.
- Upload invoices to customer portals as needed.
- Record customer payments and prepare deposits.
- Enter AP invoices and process vendor payments.
- Review and process expense reports in line with company policies.
- Track and record all expense submissions.
- Provide administrative support to senior leaders as needed.
- Occasionally assist with some scheduling and event preparation.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferred but not required.
- 2+ years of experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting systems and general office software.
