Responsibilities
- Generate billing statements according to relevant client agreements and fee schedules
- Distribute billing statements to clients
- Coordinate debiting client fees from accounts
- Track and manage aged accounts receivables
- Coordinate fee rebates for terminated clients
- Work with Data Integrity and Reporting team to maintain accurate billing‑related data in Portfolio Management system
- Update client billing information when necessary
- Provide periodic revenue reporting to leadership
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience
- Experience with Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting Software, Docu Sign, Microsoft Suite (competency or ability to learn quickly)
- Customer service background preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to identify, meet and follow through with client needs and requests
- Can work independently and enjoys being part of a team
- Must be highly flexible and maintain confidentiality with all client and firm matters
- Detail orientation, Service orientation, Action orientation, Communication, Responsiveness, Follow‑through
- Required to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- May require ability to lift up to 15 pounds
- Position is required to work onsite 4 days per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- Must be willing to execute Corient’s Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non‑Disclosure Agreement, which include post‑employment obligations relating to non‑solicitation, confidentiality, and non‑disclosure
