• This role will support accounting activity tied to active projects, including cost tracking, billing support, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• The Senior Project Accountant will help ensure project financials are accurate, timely, and aligned with internal accounting standards.
• This person will work closely with accounting, finance, and operational stakeholders to provide visibility into project performance.
• The role will support month-end close activity, journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and project-related reporting.
• This individual will help identify process improvements, strengthen controls, and support cleaner financial workflows across the business.

• Experience in project accounting, cost accounting, general ledger accounting, or a similar accounting function.
• Strong understanding of month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Ability to track project costs, support billing or revenue-related activity, and communicate effectively with non-accounting stakeholders.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with ERP/accounting systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• A team-first communicator who can bring accuracy, accountability, and ownership to a high-impact accounting role.
