Compensation
Pay Range:$22.00-$27.00 Per HR
Description
This is a full-time, onsite contract position located in Charlotte, NC.
The role involves managing accounts receivable processes, supporting collection efforts, and maintaining accurate customer accounts.
Proficiency in general office software is required.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and send customer invoices and monthly statements.
Monitor aging reports and support collection efforts on past-due accounts.
Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.
Communicate with customers regarding payment status and billing issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date AR records in a high-volume environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma required;
Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
1–3 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience.
Basic knowledge of general office software.
Understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
English language proficiency of at least B1 level.
