$22-$23 per Hour | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Onsite Position

We’re seeking an experienced Payroll Clerk to support our payroll operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong payroll processing experience, hands‑on Workday knowledge, and the ability to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.

• Handle day‑to‑day payroll inquiries through Workday.
• Collect, review, and verify employee time‑keeping records.
• Process payroll accurately, including overtime, leave, and other pay adjustments.
• Initiate payroll payments through direct deposit and other payment methods.
• Maintain payroll records, statements, and reports.
• Respond to payroll questions from employees and management.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Ensure payroll is completed accurately and on schedule.

• 3–5 years of payroll experience.
• Workday experience is required.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive payroll information.
