As an Assurance Manager, you will lead review and compilation engagements while serving as a trusted advisor to privately held businesses across a variety of industries. This role is primarily focused on assurance services, with opportunities to support business tax engagements as needed. You will oversee client engagements, mentor team members, review financial statements, and help deliver exceptional client service in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

• Manage and oversee review and compilation engagements from planning through completion.
• Review financial statements, work papers, and engagement deliverables for accuracy and compliance with professional standards.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist with engagement budgeting, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Research and resolve accounting and financial reporting matters.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to enhance client service and operational efficiency.
• Ensure engagements are completed timely and in accordance with firm quality standards.

• CPA license preferred or actively pursuing licensure.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience.
• Strong experience performing and managing review and compilation engagements.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deadlines.
• Experience supervising and mentoring team members.
• Interest in working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
