• Manage payroll set‑up, processing, and generation for all company entities across the country.
• Calculate the effect of changes in employee population or applicable laws and by‑laws.
• Ensure accurate withholding, deductions, and net‑pay calculations (federal, state, unemployment, direct deposit).
• Reconcile payroll accounts, prepare journal entries, and assist finance or HR during audits.
• Create analytical reports for corporate, sub‑regional, and cluster management.
• Communicate salary and deduction considerations to employees.
• Assist with year‑end processing, including W‑2 preparation and distribution.
• Ensure proper use of the country payroll system and support integration or consolidation of payroll data at the group level.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 6+ years of large‑scale payroll experience in a Payroll Specialist or Payroll Analyst role.
• Proven experience within a payroll function in a mid‑sized to large organization.
• Demonstrated expertise managing high‑volume payrolls (weekly and bi‑weekly) for 1,200+ employees.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce detailed, accurate reports.
• In‑depth knowledge of multi‑state payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Solid understanding of payroll accounting principles and cross‑functional finance processes.
• Experience ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
