ISM is hiring an Accounting Administrator to join our growing Accounting Division. This role is a great fit for someone who's detail-oriented, comfortable owning end-to-end billing and customer‑account processes, and looking to grow into broader accounting responsibilities as the team and the business expand. You’ll report to the Accounting Manager and work closely with the rest of the accounting and sales team to keep North American customer and vendor accounts accurate and on schedule.

Core responsibilities:
- Manage North America customer invoicing, billing, and reseller (tax exemption) account duties
- Own large corporate client accounts, including order processing, track‑and‑trace, email confirmations, and invoice submission
- Support financial sales reporting and reconciliations across assigned accounts
- Partner with the Accounting Manager and CFO on accurate, timely reporting across the accounts you manage
- Take on complicated billing procedures
- Own reconciliations for additional inventory accounts as your scope expands

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- Experience in accounting, billing, or accounts receivable/payable administration
- Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple accounts and deadlines at once
- Clear, professional communication skills for working with customers, vendors, and colleagues
- Proficiency with Quick Books and Microsoft products
- A proactive mindset — someone who spots issues before they become problems
