Gilder Search Group partners with a high-growth client in Charlotte, NC, to recruit a Corporate Controller who will lead the finance team and guide the company toward a potential IPO. Reporting to the CFO, the role will build a capable team and ensure robust financial reporting and controls.
The ideal candidate is a CPA with strong SEC reporting and technical accounting experience, preferably with Big 4 exposure. This role offers high visibility and a pathway to CAO as the company scales.
