Forensic Accounting Manager

Meaden & Moore is a leading accounting, tax, advisory, and consulting firm serving middle‑market businesses across the United States.

We are seeking a Manager with five+ years of experience (public accounting preferred) to work within our Investigative Accounting Group. This role offers a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Engagements involve commercial property insurers evaluating physical damage and business income losses from catastrophic events. Projects include reviewing financial and industry data, revenue and expense projections, insurance claim evaluations, economic damage assessments, fraud and fidelity investigations, and forensic examinations. Assignments expose staff to a wide range of industries, from local retail stores to multinational entities, and provide expertise to insurers and attorneys on fraud services, litigation support, dispute resolution, and catastrophic response.

• Manage multiple concurrent assignments
• Supervise staff analysis and schedule preparation
• Build technical accounting skills and understand complex property damage, business interruption, and extra expense claims
• Develop business contacts and network
• Recruit, train, and develop staff

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree (Accounting or Finance preferred)
• CPA license preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel overnight as needed (approximately 20%)

Base compensation ranges from $110,000 to $140,000, plus an incentive program and performance bonuses.
