Job Title: Corporate Controller

Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid)

Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to lead the accounting and financial operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role will oversee day‑to‑day accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, and compliance to ensure the company’s financial health and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing accounting, cost management, and financial leadership.

• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Manage the month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor cash flow, cost accounting, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and financial policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic financial decisions.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team for optimal performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 in a leadership role and public accounting experience strongly preferred
• CPA or CPA in process required
• Manufacturing industry experience with a strong understanding of cost & inventory accounting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting software.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
