Staff Accountant​/Benefits Administrator

WFAE, Charlotte's NPR member station, seeks a Staff Accountant/Benefits Administrator to manage core accounting and employee benefits functions. This role handles general ledger entries, AP/AR, payroll support, and monthly reconciliations while administering health, retirement, and other benefit programs. The position ensures compliance with policies and regulations, supports audits, and prepares financial reports. You'll collaborate across departments, provide responsive employee benefits support, and help strengthen WFAE's mission-driven, community-focused operations in a dynamic media and telecommunications environment.
