As a full-time salaried employee of Robert Half, you'll work on rewarding accounting projects with leading organizations throughout the Fort Worth area. Most assignments are with one client at a time, allowing you to become part of the team while gaining exposure to new industries, systems, and business challenges.

What You'll Do

Project assignments may include:

+ Month-end and year-end close

+ General ledger accounting

+ Account reconciliations

+ Financial statement preparation

+ Journal entries

+ Balance sheet reconciliations

+ Variance analysis

+ Fixed assets

+ Budgeting and forecasting support

+ Audit preparation

+ Process improvements

+ ERP implementations and system conversions

+ Interim accounting support during growth, leave coverage, or special projects

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants should have:

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

+ Three or more years of progressive accounting experience

+ Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close

+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

+ Experience working with ERP systems

+ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

+ Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to different business environments

Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more of the following is a plus:

+ Manufacturing

+ Healthcare

+ Financial Services

+ Construction

+ Distribution

+ Microsoft Dynamics

+ SAP

+ Oracle

+ Net Suite

+ Workday

+ JD Edwards

+ Sage

+ Quick Books
