Sr. Financial Reporting Analyst I

We are seeking a Senior Investment Accountant II to join the PLA&R Investment Accounting Solutions team in Charlotte, NC;
Newport Beach, CA. This role will be on-site.

• Manage pricing processes and analytics.
• Handle FAS
  91 / Cash Flow processes and analytics.
• Conduct investment accounting and reporting for multiple accounting bases.
• Lead project work related to investment accounting.
• Proactively seek to improve existing processes to meet new requirements and enhance operational reliability and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Experience working with investment accounting systems such as ePAM.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.

• CPA or equivalent (active or inactive).
• Experience in the financial services industry, especially the insurance sector.
• Knowledge of a broad spectrum of investments, especially fixed income.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions, Essbase, Business Objects, Oracle, and Peoplesoft.

Base Pay Range: $93,690.00 – $. Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Additional incentive pay may be available.
