Staff Accountant

A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Corporate Accountant to join its accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in supporting the company’s financial operations.

yThe Corporate Accountant will support day-to-day and month-end accounting activities, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and other general accounting functions. This role will work closely with internal teams and leadership to ensure accurate financial information and timely completion of accounting processes

• es Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliation
• s.Prepare and analyze financial statements, including P&L and Balance Sheet reportin
• g.Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and various general ledger account
• s.Review transactions and accounting records for accuracy and completenes
• s.Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management activities as neede
• d.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processe
• s.Analyze account balances and investigate and resolve discrepancie
• s.Assist with intercompany accounting and related reconciliation
• s.Prepare financial reports and provide accounting support to leadership and other internal department
• s.Assist with annual audits, tax documentation, and other external reporting requirement
• s.Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and efficiencie
• s.Perform other accounting and finance responsibilities as neede
