Greystar’s The Grace at Tryon in Charlotte, NC seeks an on-site Community Accounting Specialist to manage daily financial operations, rent collection, and reporting. You will process invoices, reconcile accounts, and use Yardi/One Site to ensure accurate records and timely financial closes.
You’ll review leases, collect delinquencies, and support move-outs while coordinating with vendors and the property team to maximize revenue and resident satisfaction.
