Accounting Associate

Our client is a growing organization seeking an Accounting Associate to join its finance team. This individual will play a key role in supporting day‑time accounting operations, month‑end close activities, and financial reporting while working closely with cross‑functional teams. • Assist with month‑end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis
• Partner with internal teams to improve accounting processes and controls

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-4 years of accounting experience preferred
• Knowledge of GAAP and basic financial reporting principles
• Strong Excel skills and experience using accounting or ERP systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
