A growing Charlotte-based corporate headquarters is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join their expanding team. This role is responsible for supporting all aspects of weekly payroll functions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to all daily payroll functions
• Support payroll tax functions using SAP
• Submit and transmit ADP tax files via SAP
• Generate and distribute reports for department leadership
• Post and update general ledger entries
• Prepare payroll, budget, and expense reports for internal stakeholders
• Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of payroll experience
• SAP experience preferred
• Familiarity with ADP Smart Compliance is a plus
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
