A growing and well-established company is seeking an Accounting Manager to join its corporate accounting team. Key Responsibilitie- sManage and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process
- .Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- .Assist with preparation and review of financial statements and management reporting
- .Analyze general ledger accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies
- .Support consolidated and multi-entity accounting and reporting activities
- .Partner with FP&A and other internal departments on financial reporting and variance analysis
- .Assist with annual audit activities, including preparation of schedules and supporting documentation
- .Help maintain and strengthen internal accounting controls and processes
- .Assist with technical accounting research and documentation as needed
- .Support accounting system and process improvement initiatives
- .Provide guidance and support to accounting team members and assist with workload prioritization
- .Respond to accounting questions from internal stakeholders and support special projects as needed
- ns Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field require
- d.4+ years of progressive accounting experienc
- e.Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principle
- s.Experience with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reportin
- g.Experience working with multiple entities or business units is a plu
- s.Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP/accounting system
- s.Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- s.Ability to communicate effectively with both accounting and non-accounting professional
- s.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadline
- s.Prior experience mentoring or providing guidance to junior accounting professionals is preferre
